Outputs and Management Outcomes
Articulation of outcome-based management goals is required in CSCOR proposals (see FFO), and progress toward achieving management outcomes is required in CSCOR annual progress reports, http://www.cop.noaa.gov/opportunities/grants/reporting_requirements.html.
The proposal should articulate the plan for improving management effectiveness, specifying the management agencies that will be targeted, and the outputs and outcomes to be achieved. Outputs are defined as products (e.g. publications, models) or activities that lead to outcomes (changes in user knowledge or action).
